Dr. Sheridan assisted my son on her day off . She was professional, kind, and compassionate. She explained everything clearly, to my son who was having severe tooth pain, made him feel comfortable, and provided excellent care. I’m grateful for her skill and the way she treated my son with patience and respect. Highly recommend.

I was referred by my family dentist for a root canal. Dreaded it since I had one previously that was a terrible experience. From the second I walked in until the minute I left the service was wonderful. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. The procedure went perfectly, no pain whatsoever other than o minor prick from the shot to deaden my mouth. She was very courteous and did a wonderful job. I hope to never need another root canal but if I do I will make sure to go back to her. Thanks for a great job to all of you.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Beth Sheridan . As someone who is young and new to the United States, I was already nervous about seeking dental care, especially since I had been dealing with tooth pain for about a year. I first went to urgent care and was referred to Dr. Sheridan for further evaluation. During my appointment, I tried to explain the history of my pain, but Dr. Sheridan responded in a judgmental tone and did not give me much room to ask questions. After a quick examination, she abruptly told me to follow her, and instead of discussing the situation further, she led me directly to the cashier to pay for the examination. I asked the cashier if she could call her back because I had a few questions about my condition. When she returned and responded to the questions , her tone remained dismissive and judgmental. I asked a simple and reasonable question: whether it would be possible for me to wait until I return to my home country to do the root canal, and I mainly wanted to understand the extent of the damage and whether there was an infection. Instead of explaining clearly, she sarcastically asked if I wanted to cancel the procedure and said “yes, it’s
